一、参观感受

走进聊城东方双语小学，整整一天的活动，让我们感受颇深。从整洁的作业、琅琅的书声到课堂上的听说读写姿势，从教室内外一尘不染到各司其职的分工，从整洁的内务到整齐划一的艺术体操，无不体现着叶圣陶先生的那句话：“教育的目的就是培养习惯”。东方双语小学的全体师生做到了，他们真正做到了“叠好被，扫好地，洗好手，排好队，吃好饭，读好书，写好字，唱好歌，上好操，做好人。”

我们还被东方双语小学全体师生的那股激昂拼搏，团结向上的凝聚力所感染。每位教师都把“三风一训”牢记在心，围绕学校的整体发展开拓进取，就像他们歌里唱的那样众人划桨开大船，只要心往一处想，劲向一处使，就会产生出一呼百应的效应。 走进东方双语的课堂，感受到他们的课堂既是普通的也是特殊的，他们倡导“先学后教”的教学方式，把课堂的主体交给了学生，真正做到了自主互助。整个课堂，各个小组都有自己的研讨问题、中心发言人。发言时气氛热烈，课文挖掘之深、涉及问题之广让听课教师无不感动。从中可以看出学生良好的预习习惯、分析解决问题的能力。东方双语“一草一木总关情，全天生活皆教育”的理念在这里得到了落实。在学校，孩子们学到的不仅仅是文化知识，更重要的生活中的各方面的习惯、能力。真正

做到了让家长放心，让人民满意，为学生一生的幸福奠基。

二、现状分析

1、我们学校教师年龄老化，平均年龄在45岁以上，接受新生事物的能力不强、动力不足，导致学校开展活动困难，成效不高。

2、学生养成良好的习惯的教育做得不够扎实。我们的孩子生活、学习各方面的习惯还有待于进一步规范、改进、坚持，这需要师生、家长的共同努力。我校学生全部来自于临近村庄，家长忙于生计无暇顾及孩子，对孩子习惯的培养和教育欠缺，老师在校辛辛苦苦培养、教育的良好习惯通常都是难于坚持。

3、课堂改革效果不明显。上学期，我校通过参观学习莘县实验小学，积极推进课堂改革，发动全校教师学习“先学后导，自主互助”教学模式，但效果不够明显，没有取得实效。

4、学校教师凝聚力不强，缺乏向心力。从学生到老师，缺乏积极向上的活力，敷衍应付的心态比较严重。缺乏校兴我荣，校衰我耻的荣辱感，学校精神不强。看不到东方双语的“年轻就是力量，有梦就有未来”的心态。

三、改进措施：

为了改变我校的现状，基于对名校的学习，思考了一些改进措施：

1、加强队伍建设，创造和谐氛围

校长是一个学校的主心骨，要提高学校教师的凝聚力，校长要时刻关心教师的生活、学习和身心健康，让老师感到自己在这里工作是幸福的。积极培养教师的敬业精神、奉献精神、爱生精神、乐教精神。一个好校长，成就一所好学校。在校长的带领下，在和谐积极的氛围中，在团队的共同努力下，学校的发展才是可谈的。

2、 抓好校本教研和校本培训

把教研活动扎扎实实开展起来，分学科设立教研组，定计划，定方案，定时间，定内容，定人员。教师科研意识不强，科研水平不高。让老师走出去学习，或请进专家来引领，这样才不至于研而无果。

校本培训从更新理念、教学基本功培训抓起，逐步提高教师的教学技能和教育教学理论，针对学校现状，可对教师分层次提出不同的要求。对第一层次的骨干教师要求达到课堂教学能体现艺术性和个性，对第二层次的教师要求能教正确、教明白，对第三层次的年龄较大的教师最基本的要求就是教正确。

3、夯实常规管理

从备课、上课、辅导、作业布臵与批改到检测考评；从书写、口语到仪表等各个环节都提出明确的要求，规范教师教学行为，规范的教师才会教出规范的学生。

4、提高课堂教学效率

要求教师每节课都要有明确的教学目标，每个环节都要围绕目标来教学，提高课堂教学效率和效益。要把知识传授与学生生活结合起来，要把过程和方法教给学生，要带着情感实施教学。创造和谐、愉悦的教学氛围，自主、合作、探究，促进学生全面发展。

总之，参观聊城双语小学及聆听专家讲话，让我们开阔了眼界，认识到差距，感受到压力。看到了差距，才会带来前进的动力，看到了差距，更感觉到肩上的重担，我们一定不辜负人民群众的重托，努力拼搏，努力争取条件，创造条件，勇于担当，把梁堂乡中心小学打造成孩子们幸福成长的摇篮。

2014年4月17日，我和学校的一些同事有幸到聊城东方双语小学参观学习，一进到学校，学校洁净的卫生环境就给我留下了深刻的印象。抬眼望去，在教学楼上醒目的地方是叶圣陶先生“教育就是培养良好习惯”鎏金名言。一进教学楼，各楼层的根据年级不同而设计班级文化更是让人耳目一新。

走进课堂后，课前的经典诗文展示更是显示出了学生的自信与豪迈，写字课上，教师与学生的认真态度、语文课上学生对于教材理解与辩论，更是显示出了学生对于知识求真态度。这不正是陶行知先生所提出的千教万教教人求真，千学万学，学做真人吗？还有教室里的卫生角、教室内窗台上的学生用的水杯、学生宿舍里的被褥的叠放、生活用品的摆放更是井然有序。从这些不起眼的小细节上，彰显出了东方双语学生良好习惯。

课间学生们所表演的呼啦圈、经典诵读、千人葫芦丝演奏、课本剧表演、舞蹈表演，东方双语学生，教师们表演的合唱中展示出了阳光与自信。在聊城市小学教研室冯明才主任的对东方双语学校的剖析与讲解中我们真正从深的层面有了更为深刻的认识。它的办学指导思想、办学目标、办学宗旨、办学思路、办学抓手、学校精神、学校力量、学校口号，并不是一朝一夕所能做到的，但是他们一直就在坚持，他们已经做到了，“当我们的学生离开学校的时候，让他们带走的不仅仅是渊博的知识、创新的能力，更重要的是强健的体魄、完善的人格、丰富的感情、广泛的兴趣、良好的习惯，以及对母校和老师的深

深眷恋。”我想，在不远的将来，这个愿景会实现的，正如冯主任所说的，“胜利不属于他们，还会属于谁呢！”
