1.测定种子的发芽率

【实践项目】秋天正是进行小麦播种的季节，而农民朋友们对于要播种的小麦种子有的 不知道能不能进行播种，对于麦种的发芽率又无法确定，这个问题一直困饶着广大农民朋友。学生在学习了初二第十章 第三节 《种子的萌发》后，应用“种子萌发的条件”相应的知识，实际“测定种子的发芽率”。这正和秋季农村播种小麦的季节相适应，学生让父母提前准备好种子（小麦、玉米或豆类均可），通过测定种子的发芽率，就能解决这个问题，同时又提高学生的实践能力。

【适用年级】 八年级

【发展目标】 学生的发展是全面的，在当前推行的素质教育中，不再是单纯的学习课本知识，更重要的是提高学生的能力。通过学生自己测定种子的发芽率，可以提高学生的动手能力、观察能力、实验能力、总结归纳能力，有利于学生的全面发展和综合素质能力的提高。

【项目指导】 测定种子的发芽率

发芽率是指萌发的种子数占供检测的种子数的百分比。

萌发的种子数

发芽率= -------------------x 100％

供检测的种子数

在大田播种前测定种子的发芽率，对于农业生产是至关重要的。

【材料器具】 种子180粒，培养皿（可以用碗或盘子代替），纱布，吸水纸等。

【操作步骤 】 1、家长提前准备好要实验的种子。 2、取3个培养皿，在每个培养皿的底步平铺两层吸水纸，先用水湿润，再均匀地放入每组种子，并覆盖湿纱布，然后将培养皿放在温暖的地方。

3、一周后数出每组种子萌发的粒数，计算出3组种子发芽的平均值，即为被测种子的发芽率。

种子的发芽率只有超过90%，才能达到播种要求。你测定的种子的发芽率是否达到了播种要求？

【作业内容形式】

1、 用照片记录实验过程，并写出完整的实验报告（参照实验报告手册格式）或者做ppt。学生独立操作完成，也可以在父母的帮助下来完成。

2、 实验结束后，向父母讲明这些种子是否可以播种，并说明原因。
