Report on staff recruitment
As our company is developing several new products, the department of R&D needs new staff urgently to help design and monitor our products.
Thus we need to recruit 35 new staff, including electrical engineers and product developers. All of them should have at least two years ' experience in relevant field. More specific requirements will finally be decided in a few days.
As to recruitment methods, the disadvantage of relying on recruitment agency is that we need more time and procedure than we can afford. So I suggest we turn to a more direct way of Newspaper advertisement, which has been used many times and proved effective.
Comparing the two newspaper, Echo and Chronicle, we prefer the former
because though it charges £500 more than the latter, the general readers are 400,000 more, most of whom are highly-educated.
We are sure to get reply soon after we launch the recruitment campaign.

Report on: visits to website and proposed marketing strategy
Introduction
The aim of this report is to comment on the number of people visiting the company website in the last three months and propose a marketing strategy for the next three months.
Findings
Over the last three months, the number of visitors has increased by 650. There are two reasons for the increase. First of all, we launched a newsletter for subscribers. Secondly in may, we ran a competition which was very popular.
With regard to costs, banners have cost 3,200 euros a month but very few people seem to visit the website as a result of these.
On the other hand, the newsletter doesn't cost anything(other than my time)but has helped to increase the number of visitors.
Recommendations
In order to increase the number of visitors, I would recommend that we continue with the newsletter and run more competitions and quizzes. I also propose that we stop using banners and put more resources into setting up links with other sites to increase the traffic.

And then there is fishing , tennis, and golf. There are lots of games in the big recreation room, and the young people dance every night.
We expected to paya fortune when we first heard of Lake Gomey, but we find that it is one of the least expensive vacations we have ever spent.
