周末回家，在距离家门几十米的地方又看到妈妈熟悉的身影，微微前倾，期盼就是她所

有的肢体语言，我悄悄拭泪，在心底呼唤：妈妈，我回来了! 那一刻，我想起了太多令我

终身难忘的瞬间，爸爸在风雨中送我们上学，妈妈在深夜等我们放学回家，家里昏黄的灯光、

可口的饭菜，妈妈的唠叨、爸爸的责打，所有的一切，都已是流逝的岁月，所有的一切，又

都是温暖的记忆! 成长，让我们离开了父母，离开了温暖的家，那是一种心被撕裂的痛!

每次看到爸妈斑白的两鬓、新增的皱纹，每当儿时的欢声笑语在耳边回响，我总会在心底默

默对自己说：我愿意用我所有哪怕生命去换回童年，让爸爸妈妈重新拥有一次属于他们自己

的青春!

可我知道，我真正能做到的只是用一个女儿的关心和照顾，让他们50岁之后的时光过得

快乐!

从前辈的讲演经验上讲，我们中国人讲演的习惯语速是分钟160-230字左右，但是语速

不是人为既定的，而是取决于演讲内容，演讲习惯和演讲现场各种条件(其中包括观众反映，

场合，单独还是轮流演讲，甚至气候和季节等因素)。因为你的演讲是一个整体过程，每一个

突发事件将对演讲的进程产生微妙的影响。 通常，抒情式演讲的语速比较慢，语气高低起伏，比如160字/分钟，则15分钟演讲要

2500字左右。如果是半学术性质的，一般比较严肃，不需要过多的感情-色彩，加上通常会

配以事例说明，综合起来大概200/分钟，在3000-3500字即可。 因此，长期的练习和吸取经验见识才是演讲者的法宝。记住，如果你的讲演完全是自己

一个人在讲，没有现场听众的反应，将是失败的。我的建议是，在你的演讲内容里适时适当

加入一些活跃元素，以及吸引听众互动的内容。这样你的听众就会成为讲演的一部分，你的

演讲也会逐渐焕发光彩.

我叫xx，来自经济贸易系市场营销专业1016班，很荣幸能站在这里与大家共同分享我

的大学生活。在此，我首先要向一直以来默默支持和鼓励我的老师和同学们致以崇高的敬意

和诚挚的感谢，是你们让我有幸站在这里与大家共同交流和分享大学的点点滴滴。 记得三年前当我走进大学，走进经贸系时，我的肩上就扛起了一份责任，一份对自己、

对未来的承诺。

大学，不是我的一个终点，而是我人生中另一个起点，另一个梦开始的地方。两年多来

我在这里已经感受到了前所未有的精彩，我相信我的的人生也将随着毕业的到来以另一种姿

态铺开崭新的画卷！

今天，我将以“大学生活”的后三个字作为关键词与大家分享我的大学经历和感触。 第一个字是“学”，作为学生，我始终认为应该将学习摆在第一位。在大一大二期间，我

参加过很多校内外的活动，也担任了不少学生工作，但是我对于学习从不马虎，我的学习态

度和原则是“不抛弃、不放弃”——不抛弃每一门学科，不放弃每一次学习的机会。正是因

为这一份认知与执着，我才能连续四学期期末成绩专业排名第一。连续三次三好学生并获国

家奖学金。我想说的是，大学赋予了我们与高中截然不同的学习模式，我们将拥有更多自主

选择的机会，更大的空间与自由，也许在刚开始我会有些许的不适应，但是我没有轻言放弃！

更不会在挤过独木桥后来到这里花前月下，恣意潇洒，我始终对学习保持着专注的态度，很

庆幸没有让自己的大学光阴虚度；每天我都会以踏实认真的态度和饱满的热情投入到学习当

中，因为我想争取在大学阶段取得更大的成功。 第二个字是“生”，在此，我想解读为“生活”。在我眼中，大学的生活是多姿多彩的，

而严谨与活泼并重的河北工专，给我们提供了诸多的机遇与挑战。比如说，作为经贸系学生

会的一员，策划、组织活动，锻炼了我的领导、协作能力；作为市场营销1016班团支书，从

大一主持班级迎新晚会到每年一度的团活动担任活动的主持人，我享受着个性绽放的精彩。

还有校书画摄影比赛、校篮球比赛，职业生涯规划比赛等等活动，将我的大学生活点缀得精

彩纷呈。除了校内 的一系列活动，我还积极投身社会实践，在实践的过程中不但锻炼了自己的处事能力，

还让自己有能力在大学期间不再依靠父母，而是自己挣钱养活自己，从大一下学期开始通过

家教，临促，校园代理等兼职让自己没再花父母一分钱。我想说，我从不吝啬给自己机会，

我把我的才能一一展示出来。我始终相信，为者常成、行者常至——历练过就会成长，坚持

第三个字是“活”，我的理解是“做人、做事”。作为一名河北工专的大学生，我们是幸

福的。传承了60年的优良校风教育我们如何做人，如何做事。在此，我想跟大家分享我的人

生格言“低调做人，高调做事”。在我看来，低调做人是一种修养，一种智慧，一种谦卑处事

的风度；高调做事是一种责任，一种气魄，一种精益求精的风格。简单的八个字，指引着我

走过了大学三年的时光，也让我收获了很多意外的惊喜。 回首三年的校园春秋，我有着无限

的感慨和依恋。是河北工专给了我人生中最重要的三年，最难忘的三年，最精彩的三年。这
